Their spinning classrooms have up to 17 bikes, and they have at least 2 Dance/ Aerobic Studios. This means your chances of having to queue for equipment or get into the class of your choice are greatly diminished. This club also guarantees at least one, if not two indoor swimming pools, spa and sauna areas and a bistro cafe/restaurant. Selected clubs also offer outdoor swimming pools, courts for tennis, badminton and squash, Health and Beauty Treatment Suites and Cr?ches.

If you or your children are interested in tennis, you'll be interested to know that this club runs a well respected Racquets Academy which works in conjunction with Tim Henman's "Tennis First" Trust for young and talented players. There are 17 Racquet Academies, all of which range from having LTA Mini Tennis Accreditation through to LTA High Performance Accreditation, meaning they have a reputation for training some of the best young players in the country. This club also pioneers the International Tennis Number, which is the International Tennis Federation's scheme to help rank adult players and match them with suitable partners.
