This club puts a real emphasis on it's personability. Memberships come with a personal fitness evaluation that takes into account your current levels of fitness and your personal fitness goals. There are over 20 programmes to choose from, from weight loss programmes to cardio fitness programmes, to programmes that help you get in shape for a particular sport, or just get in shape generally. Once you've picked a programme, you won't be on your own. You can request a variety of services, from a Programme Review at 6 or 8 weeks, to a Health Check so you can monitor the physical changes in your body. There are also always staff on hand to answer any questions you might have.

Lifestyle benefits of membership with this club include the ability to choose work out times that suit your personal schedule. The club is open seven days a week, from 6:30 am to 10pm on weekdays, 8am to 9pm on Saturdays and 8am to 8pm on Sundays and Bank Holidays. You can also watch TV whilst you work out, and even choose the channel, thanks to the Cardio Theatres in the gyms. This club also boasts a members' lounge where you can have a drink and a bite to eat, and a movie library full of over 500 DVD titles that you're allowed to sign out and enjoy at home.

• Gold Membership: A minimum 3 month membership with unlimited use during open hours.
• Lifestyle Reciprocal: A minimum 12 month membership operating at a 15% discount to the Gold Membership.
• Lifestyle Home: A minimum 12 month contract which has unlimited use of your home branch only.
• Platinum: A minimum 3 month contract which includes use of Platinum Clubs.
• Express: A choice of two membership options, 12 month contract.
• Off peak: A minimum 3 month contract at restricted hours.
• Student: A minimum 3 month contract including use of all clubs including Platinum Clubs at restricted times.
• Over 55: A minimum 3 month contract with unlimited use of home club only.
• Corporate: A minimum 3 month contract with unlimited use of clubs, including Platinum, and facilities. 10 company members must hold memberships.
• Corporate Lifestyle: A minimum 12 month contract with unlimited use of clubs, including Platinum, and facilities. 10 company members must hold memberships.
