Livingwell health clubs are part of the Hilton Group Plc., which means that you can expect the same good standards you've come to expect from Hilton hotel chains. Livingwell is a big name in health and fitness, with 70 clubs throughout the UK and Ireland, operated by over 2000 staff. The brand has also begun to expand abroad, with 4 clubs in Australia, 1 in Dresden, Germany, 1 in Adana, Turkey, and one in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

The chain can be broken down into several different sub-groups, which all offer a different kind of service. These sub-groups are: Livingwell Premier, Livingwell Health Clubs, Livingwell Express and The Sensory.

Premier Clubs are large, autonomous facilities which have their own fully equip gyms, aerobics studios, a variety of studio-based fitness classes, pool and spa facilities, a cr?che, The Sensory hair and beauty salon, a Pro Shop where you can stock up on the equipment you need, a members lounge for relaxing and socializing, a cafe providing nutritious meals and meeting rooms for hire to individuals and businesses.

The Health Clubs are generally based out of hotels. They offer gym facilities, changing rooms with all the amenities, and total access to the hotel's pool, steam and sauna facilities.

Express Clubs are also hotel-based, and are specifically designed to compliment and assist the lifestyle of the international business traveller.

The Sensory are a brand of hair and beauty salons run along side the health club facilities. At The Sensory, you can enjoy beauty regimes such as facials, manicures, self-tanning and hair styling. There are currently 26 different The Sensory outlets within the UK, and a further 4 abroad.
